Takt significa ritmo em alemão. No Lean Thinking todo trabalho realizado fora do ritmo produz desperdícios. A brincadeira é muito simples: o cliente toca e o fornecedor dança! Nossa proposta é fazer com que os seus processos dancem conforme o ritmo dos seus clientes, coerentes com sua estratégia, utilizando nada além do mínimo necessário de máquinas, energia, materiais, área, pessoas, dinheiro... para entregar o que o cliente quer, onde ele quer, na quantidade exata e no momento que deseja consumir.
Com este propósito a Takt Business foi criada, em 2007, na cidade de São Carlos, SP, capital da tecnologia no Brasil. Em 2016 abriu filial em Campinas-SP para se manter estrategicamente próxima de seus principais clientes passando a atuar no mercado de fusões e aquisições.
Atualmente mantém escritório em Campinas-SP, São Carlos-SP, além de um laboratório de desenvolvimento de metodologias de ensino em Tampa, na Flórida, EUA.

Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical Engineering, Master on Quality Management and ongoing PHD on Manufacturing Engineering by UNICAMP, MBA on Strategic Management by FGV & Ohio University. Specialist on Economics by PUC-Camp.
ADIL DALAL
Expert in Human Development & Leadership - USA
CEO of Pinnacle Process Solutions; past-Chair of ASQ's Human Development & Leadership division; and Co-founder and Chairman of the Board for Patriots4Our Heroes, a non-profit serving veterans with PTS and TBI. Adil is also a distinguished global keynote speaker and an award-winning author and the recipient of “2014 Global Award for Outstanding contribution to Quality & Leadership”. He is the host of See2B radio show and has also been featured in numerous radio and TV interviews.
Adil’s book "The 12 Pillars of Project Excellence: A Lean Approach to Improving Project Results" is the winner of the prestigious “2015 ASQ Philip B. Crosby Medal”, the “2014 Shingo Research and Publication award” and the “2013 Axiom Business book award”. The 12 Pillars book has also been adopted as a Leadership Body of Knowledge by the Human Development & Leadership division of ASQ. Adil has also authored "A Legacy Driven Life" and co-authored ASQ's “Lean Handbook” and his latest book, "Changing Our World".
Adil’s mission is to enhance the value of human potential and optimize performance of leaders, individuals and organizations through his many innovations like Sensei Leadership™, iLean® Technology, True Lean™ and other advanced technologies like Pinnacle Performance Zone™ etc. he has pioneered. His mastery has made him a sought after strategic business partner and executive coach as he continues to drive excellence by implementing strategies for growth and long-term success.
Adil is pursuing his PhD degree in Performance Psychology and holds 2 Master’s degrees and numerous certifications, including a Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Lean Bronze Professional (LBC) and Certified Executive Coach (BCC). He is a registered training provider for Lean Certification classes through SME, ASQ, AME and Shingo Institute.
AILSON RENAN PICANÇO

PhD in Operations Research and Management Maintenance of the ITA. Master in Production and Manufacturing Engineering in the field of Operations Research at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Graduate Production Engineering from the State University of Pará. Graduation sandwich at the University of Porto. Develops consulting projects in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and industrial maintenance management, with an emphasis on mathematical modeling, quantitative methods for decision support, linear programming and mixed integer programming, reliability of repairable systems and risks in industrial maintenance. It is an extension course teacher at Unicamp Quality Management and instructor of business courses and training in the areas of Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Engineering. Experience in the development of Industrial Maintenance software at the State University of Campinas.
